I attended the three-year school of Foot Reflexology RIPRA in Milan (with in-depth studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Steinerian Anthroposophy and Pranayama breathing, in addition to having basics of anatomy, physiology and pathology), obtaining the relevant certificate, recognized by the Lombardy Region in the field of bio-natural disciplines, and registration in the register of operators in Bio-Natural Disciplines, Reflexology section, with no. 2021/RF217. With VAT number, I started my professional activity in 2021.

I have always been attracted to this practice both because in the past I have solved some health problems with these treatments, and because the world of holistic disciplines in general has always fascinated me (I have been practicing Yoga for years and in the past Tai Chi).
I have performed reflexology treatments at an osteopath's studio and at the Casa della Danza e della Musica in Basiglio while I currently work at the Studio Rama in Fizzonasco (Pieve Emanuele), as well as - upon request - in the studios of the Ripra school - RIflessologia and PRAnayama in via Manara, 5 in Milan.

I am convinced that foot reflexology is a true therapeutic art and that by observing the signs and shapes that we find on the feet we can understand people's suffering, helping them with massage to find their psycho-physical balance.
Also for this reason, always at the RIPRA Reflexology Center where I studied, I followed and completed the "training teachers" course, becoming a tutor and therefore teaching in turn to the members the notions of this wonderful discipline, helping them to put them into practice, during the lessons that take place on weekends, both in the "Professional Course" and in the "Master".
I have also carried out, as a reflexologist, morphological readings at the nursing rooms of the Municipality of Basiglio, which regularly and free of charge offers its fellow citizens specialist visits or medical exams. I am also part of the Health and Well-being Commission of the Municipality of Basiglio, which meets monthly to propose activities related to these two themes to its fellow citizens.

I also recently joined the teaching team of the University of the Third Age of Basiglio, to be able to introduce Reflexology and the main notions of TCM even at an amateur level to an increasingly wider audience, holding the course "Reflexology and its relations with the five Movements of TCM". This course, which is already in its second edition, was very much appreciated, always with waiting lists to access it.
